Before I tell you more about The Photography Pitching Bundle, allow me to introduce myself...
Hey! I'm Jord Hammond. I'm a 30-year old professional travel photographer from the UK, and I've spent the past 6 years getting paid to take photos around the world by some of the biggest travel brands out there.

I have worked hard and built a 6-figure photography company, where I get to do what I love for a living, and I can't wait to share the tools with you that helped me get there!

I've been lucky enough to work with DJI to create content for the launches of 4 drones - the DJI Mavic Zoom, the DJI Air 2S, the DJI Mavic 3 and the DJI Air 3. I put the drones to the test before they were released to the public and created content for DJI to use for the launch.
Adobe and the Japanese National Tourism Board sent me on a trip to Japan in 2019 to create Lightroom tutorials for their website and app. I was tasked with capturing 5 hero images which would be the RAW files used for the tutorials.
I've partnered with Visit Dubai on 4 trips (and counting) where I go on an all expenses paid trip to Dubai and take photos of a range of different activities, from hot air ballooning to driving ferrari's through the desert. I even got to shoot with Anthony Joshua on my first job with Visit Dubai!
Did these opportunities just land in my email inbox one day? Absolutely not! I had to pitch for them, and I'm about to teach you how to do the same...
Let me guess... you're here because you have all the passion for travel photography, but no idea how to turn it into a business...
The travelling part is easy. Book your flights, find a nice guesthouse in your first destination of the trip, read some travel blogs and the rest is history.

You've also been working on your photography and editing for some time now, and you finally feel confident that your photos are up to the standard they need to be for you to start getting paid.

But... how the f*** do you actually get companies to work with you? How do you find them? What do you say to them? How much should you charge?

If you're asking yourself these questions, then you're in the right place...

Does this sound familiar: You want to get better at photography and editing, BUT...

Excuse #1 -- I haven't got a good enough camera

News flash, friends... you don't need a professional, top-of-the-range camera to start learning the ins and outs of travel photography. The best camera is the one you currently have. This photo was taken on an iPhone 8 with a broken screen, and it's made me more money than most of my photos taken on my $5000 Canon R5.
Excuse #2 -- The travel photography scene is already so oversaturated, so I'm never going to stand out from the noise

Just because there are a lot of travel photographers out there, doesn't mean there are a lot of amazing ones. The rest is exactly as I just said - noise. So how do you become an amazing travel photographer? Practice and learn from someone who is a professional in the field (that's me!). You'll soon be forgetting all about the noise and focusing on the only thing that matters - you and your photos.
Excuse #3 -- I still can't travel so I'm never going to be able to put what I learn into practice

I wasn't able to travel for almost all of 2020 and 2021, but that didn't stop me. Local travel is a great place to start. And... didn't you hear? Borders around the world are finally opening, so it's soon time to book that international trip! Either way, you don't need to be travelling full time to learn how to take and edit better photos. But you'll be thankful you learned ahead of your next big trip, rather than trying to learn as you go.
The truth is, there are so many excuses as to why you can't improve your photography and editing skills, but it's no secret that great content is THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT of being a photographer, whether you are a hobbyist who wants to take photos for the fun of it, or an aspiring travel photographer who wants to take this thing full-time and get paid for your photography. Content is key. And there's no better place to start...
I’ve bundled up all you need to know when it comes to getting clients, landing collabs and making money from your photos, so the days of trawling through Google or messaging your favourite photographers on Instagram hoping for some advice are long gone.
Inside The Photography Pitching Bundle, you’ll have access to all the tools you need to get photography jobs, for just $67.
Want to know exactly what to include in your media kit (aka your photography CV) so that you look professional and are taken seriously by potential clients? I've got you covered with my exact media kit that I use to get clients to this day, plus 2 more media kit templates for product photography and hotel collabs.
Want to understand how much to charge companies to license your photos, as well as commissioned brand work? There's a pricing template included in The Pitching Bundle, so you always have something to refer back to when you're figuring out how much to charge.

Do you want to take travel photos like these?

And by the way... now is a GREAT time to start pitching to clients. Why, you ask?
  • Travel has finally opened up again, and travel brands need to start marketing themselves after 2 years of nothingness. And you know what they need in order to do that? They need to work with people like you to create beautiful content.
  • Travel blogs and magazines are always on the hunt for great quality, beautiful travel photos to license, especially now that the world is getting back to 'normal'.
  • Hotels need to encourage new visitors, and so they'll need photographers to create captivating visuals for their social media accounts.
  • You can get ahead of the curve by pitching now - many brands are only just restarting their marketing and social media efforts, so get in before other travel photographers do!

What's inside The Pitching Bundle?

THE PITCHING CHECKLIST

When you're new to the photography business world, it can seem overwhelming to say the least. With The Pitching Checklist, you can be sure that you are remembering everything you need to when it comes to communicating with potential clients in a professional manner, so that you are taken seriously as a travel photographer.

JORD'S PITCH EMAIL TEMPLATE KIT

I get it, knowing what to say to potential clients when you're first starting out can be pretty daunting. Especially because you have to do the reaching out. My pitch email template kit has got you covered. Inside, you'll find all the different variations of pitch emails that I send to actual clients to this day (and get jobs from it, of course). The kit also includes DM templates and follow-up emails too so that you aren't left feeling stuck after your first encounter.

JORD'S MEDIA KIT

The key to getting clients and making money as a photographer is a media kit. This is, in my opinion, the most important aspect of a solid pitch, and something that photographers often don't realise they need. You'll get to download my actual media kit that I send out to clients so that you can take inspiration from it when creating your own.

MEDIA KIT TEMPLATE - PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY

I preach that product photography is the best way to start earning money as a photographer - you can take the products on your trip and it's quite easy to negotiate monthly retainers which is great when you're on the road. This template will help you to put together a beautiful product media kit, so you can be sure you are showing off your potential to companies that need high-end visuals of their products.

MEDIA KIT TEMPLATE - HOTEL COLLABORATIONS

Different types of clients have different needs, and so it's a good idea to create a couple of different media kits to suit the different clients you'll be reaching out to. A hotel collab media kit is a great one to have, as it can be sent out to as many hotels as possible every time you plan a trip to a new place. This template will guide you in the making of your own.

THE PRICING MANUAL

The questions that come up the most from my students are always to do with pricing. How much should you charge!? Whilst there is no right or wrong answer, this manual should give you an idea as to the price ranges you can charge for different types of photography work, as well as what I have charged on different projects over the years.

JORD'S TOURISM BOARD PITCH DECK

Sometimes, as well as a media kit, you will need to put together a pitch deck to go into detail about the specific project you want to work on with a client. This is the pitch deck I have used to get jobs with Visit Dubai in the past, and it will give you valuable insight into exactly what to include in yours.

THE LICENSING MANUAL

Not all photography jobs have to be active commissioned jobs. Licensing your photos to magazines, books, websites and for products can be a great way to earn passive income from photos you've already taken. The Licensing Manual will give you industry insight into how to go about getting licensing deals, how to price your photos, the type of clients you should be reaching out to for licensing and much, much more.

10 THINGS I WISH I KNEW BEFORE I STARTED

There's a lot to learn when it comes to making money as a photographer, and these are some insights I wish I could have told 22-year-old-Jord when I had just quit my job in China and began exploring photography as a career.

MONTHLY BUSINESS GOALS WORKSHEET

Now that you're in the business world of photography, you're going to need to put some business systems in place. You should definitely have clear-cut goals for your business moving forward so that you have direction, and this planner will make sure you are hitting your goals month after month.

PITCHING AS A BEGINNER Q&A

I know that sending that first email to a brand you've wanted to work with for years can be daunting, especially when you've never done this before. This Q&A will answer all the questions that might come up when you're new to pitching, so that you don't have to guess what to do next.

*NEW* PITCH EMAIL SUBJECT LINE GUIDE

The email subject line is the first thing your potential client is going to see, and it could make the difference between them opening the email or putting it straight into the junk folder. This guide will help you to put together the perfect subject line to give you the best possible chance of getting those photography jobs.

*NEW* FINDING CLIENTS GUIDE

You’ve put together your media kit, structured your pitch email to suit a variety of different brands, thought over your pricing, and even put some draft pitch decks together. But how do you find potential clients to send these to? And how do you make sure your email goes to the right person? Find out in the new Finding Clients Guide!

ABOUT ME

(in case you're new here)

Hey, I'm Jord!
In 2015, I packed up my life in the UK and moved to central China to teach English. It was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.

Whilst there, my passion for photography began, and I would use every opportunity and every day-off to explore and take photos of as much of the country as I possibly could. After a year living in China, I decided i wanted to pursue travel photography full time, and so quit my job to try and make it as a travel photographer. I had about $7,000 in savings and a 40L backpack with all my belongings, and I began to travel through Asia.

Before long, I had landed my first ever travel photography job, and pretty soon I was working full-time with hotels, tour companies and tourism boards around the world and honestly living my dream.

And that’s what I’ve been doing for the past 6 years.

After hitting a 6-figure year as a travel photographer in 2019, I decided it was time to share what I have learned with other aspiring photographers to help them transition from hobbyist to full time travel photographers. With my teaching experience in hand, I launched my very own online photography academy.
Whether you want photography to be your full time gig or simply a side-hustle to bring in some extra income every month, The Pitching Bundle will pave the way for you to get clients today.
